Qikun-Sealerll是一種全自動(dòng)裝置，用于永久性、無(wú)泄漏密封熱塑管。

Qikun-Sealer II is a fully automated device, designed to produce permanent and consistent leak free sea Is on thermoplastic tubing. 

應(yīng)用（APPLICATIONS）

Qikun-SealerII用于斷開(kāi)生物制藥工藝中使用的一次性袋上的熱塑管，例如C-flex、Advantaflex、FluiSoft、SanipureTMPharmed?？稍诜菬o(wú)菌環(huán)境中斷開(kāi)單 個(gè)袋子或袋子組件，并保持產(chǎn)品的無(wú)菌性。

Qikun-Sealer II is used to disconnect thermoplastic tubing such as C-Flex, Advanta flex, on disposable bag assemblies used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Individual bags or bag assemblies can be disconnected in a non sterile environment by maintaining sterility of the product. 

工作原理（OPERATINGPRINCIPLE）

兩個(gè)加熱元器件對(duì)帶液或不帶液熱塑管進(jìn)行擠壓，并對(duì)受擠壓熱塑管進(jìn)行加熱。在熱量和擠壓雙重作用下，管子熔合成均勻密封截面，可用剪刀從中將管子斷開(kāi)。

The inserted empty or liquid filled tube will be compressed and heated between two heating elements. The heat and the compression force will fuse the tube to a homogeneous section. This section can be cutin the middle by using sharp scissors.
