德國(guó)《LOCKE》洛克進(jìn)口低溫壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥,也叫進(jìn)口低溫調(diào)壓閥,進(jìn)口低溫調(diào)節(jié)閥,進(jìn)口低溫減壓穩(wěn)壓閥,是在低溫貯槽上,用來調(diào)節(jié)低溫液體(液氧,液氮,液氬,液化天然氣,LO2、LN2、LAR、LNG等)的出口壓力的閥門。
進(jìn)口低溫壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥經(jīng)特殊的低溫處理,將粗加工的零件置于冷卻介質(zhì)中數(shù)小時(shí)(2-6小時(shí)),以釋放應(yīng)力,確保材料的低溫性能,保證精加工尺寸,以防閥門在低溫工況時(shí),因溫度變化造成變形而導(dǎo)致的泄漏。閥門的裝配與普通閥門也不同,零件需經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的清洗,除去任何油污,以保證使用性能。
