進口襯氟隔膜閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點:

1.復(fù)合隔膜閥將閥體下部內(nèi)腔與閥蓋內(nèi)腔隔開，并與之形成直流通道，使隔膜上部的閥桿、閥瓣等內(nèi)件與介質(zhì)完全隔離，省去填料密封結(jié)構(gòu)，介質(zhì)的內(nèi)漏和外漏可同時避免；

2.利用FEP(Teflon)氟塑料與全成橡膠復(fù)合而成的隔膜的帶有Teflon氟塑料襯里層的閥門，可適于除“熔融堿金屬、元素氟”外的各種強腐蝕性介質(zhì)。

3.做為執(zhí)行元件的膜片,由于頻繁的啟閉,易產(chǎn)生疲勞斷裂,應(yīng)視工況、介質(zhì)的特性，進行定期更換。

4.氟塑料的防腐性能及推薦使用溫度風(fēng)“閥門及管路附件用氟塑料襯里性能表”。

5.襯氟隔膜閥與其它閥門的區(qū)別在于：采用無填料函的構(gòu)造；襯氟隔膜閥隔膜可使流道內(nèi)的腐蝕性介質(zhì)與所有驅(qū)動部件處於完全隔離的狀態(tài)，從而杜絕了通常閥門的“跑、冒、滴、 孺”等弊端。

6.由於隔膜閥的流道平滑、流阻小、故而可獲得較大的流量。

7.襯氟隔膜閥的閥體內(nèi)腔為全氟F46內(nèi)襯。因此具有優(yōu)越的耐腐蝕的特點。

8.由於密封件為高有彈性的四氟隔膜，因此還具有較好的密封性和最小的關(guān)閉力。

9.本閥由閥體、閥蓋、閥瓣、閥桿、隔膜和其它驅(qū)動零件等組成。

10.閥門的啟閉是依靠旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪而達到的，本閥在閥蓋上端標(biāo)有可窺見閥門處啟或閉位置的顯示色別，以指示閥門的啟閉行程。當(dāng)順時針放置手輪時，手輪即下移，閥僻隨之帶動隔膜下降使通路截斷；反之則閥門即開啟，色別隨之顯露。

Structure features of imported fluorine lined diaphragm valve:
1. The composite diaphragm valve separates the inner cavity of the lower part of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve cover, and forms a DC channel with it, so that the inner parts of the upper part of the diaphragm, such as the valve stem and disc, are completely isolated from the medium, and the packing sealing structure is omitted, so that the internal and external leakage of the medium can be avoided at the same time;
2. The valve with Teflon fluoroplastic lining layer made of FEP (Teflon) fluoroplastic and all rubber composite diaphragm can be suitable for all kinds of strong corrosive media except "molten alkali metal, element fluorine".
3. As the actuator, the diaphragm is prone to fatigue fracture due to frequent opening and closing, so it should be replaced regularly according to the working condition and medium characteristics.
4. Anticorrosion performance and recommended temperature of fluoroplastics "performance table of fluoroplastics lining for valves and pipeline accessories".
5. The difference between the fluorine lined diaphragm valve and other valves is that the structure without stuffing box is adopted; the diaphragm of fluorine lined diaphragm valve can completely isolate the corrosive medium in the flow channel from all driving parts, thus eliminating the disadvantages of "running, emitting, dripping and shrinking" of common valves.
6. Due to the smooth flow passage and small flow resistance of diaphragm valve, a larger flow rate can be obtained.
7. The inner cavity of fluorine lined diaphragm valve body is lined with perfluorinated F46. Therefore, it has superior corrosion resistance.
8. As the seal is a highly elastic tetrafluoro diaphragm, it also has better sealing performance and minimum closing force.
9. The valve consists of valve body, valve cover, valve disc, valve stem, diaphragm and other driving parts.
10. The opening and closing of the valve is achieved by rotating the hand wheel. The upper end of the valve cover is marked with the display color that can see the opening or closing position of the valve to indicate the opening and closing stroke of the valve. When the hand wheel is placed clockwise, the hand wheel will move down and the valve will drive the diaphragm down to cut off the passage; otherwise, the valve will open and the color will be revealed.
