防護(hù)墻模具施工工藝 1)施工前的準(zhǔn)備工作①用經(jīng)緯儀將全橋中線貫通，并與線路中線聯(lián)測，以保證防撞墻的圓順與線型一致。②根據(jù)貫通的中線，按防撞墻的設(shè)計(jì)位置，把防撞墻的內(nèi)外線定位于橋面上，并彈上墨線加以標(biāo)識，每側(cè)防撞墻放內(nèi)外兩條線。③清除防撞墻與橋面接茬部分混凝土的松散顆粒，并鑿除超限部分的混凝土。④用扳手調(diào)整防撞墻預(yù)埋筋的位置、間距，清除附在上面的殘碴混凝土，并進(jìn)行除銹處理。⑤用鼓風(fēng)機(jī)將防撞墻基層吹干浄，經(jīng)監(jiān)理工程師認(rèn)可后，即可進(jìn)行鋼筋綁扎作業(yè)。

防撞墻鋼模板是適應(yīng)于現(xiàn)場澆灌的生產(chǎn)方式下，專門用于生產(chǎn)制作混凝土防撞墻的鋼材質(zhì)模具，一般情況下它是由兩塊鋼板和上下端的拉桿組合而成的兩片式結(jié)構(gòu)，通體使用硬度高耐受性好的鋼材制作，每塊鋼板都有4mm左右的面板和5mm~6mm的筋板構(gòu)成，在高硬度的基礎(chǔ)上又有更強(qiáng)的抗壓能力?，F(xiàn)澆防撞墻鋼模板的兩側(cè)都有高強(qiáng)度的螺栓進(jìn)行連接和固定，在使用時(shí)也就更加方便。模板大致有1m、1.5m、2m這三種規(guī)格，在工程中通常被拼接使用，將本身較短的模板放置到需要的位置上，擰緊螺栓使幾段模板緊密連接，一般使用幾十個(gè)1m的模板就可以完成整條公路的鋪設(shè)，十分方便。為了后續(xù)的脫模方便，在拼接完成后，常常在現(xiàn)澆防撞墻鋼模板內(nèi)均勻刷上一層脫模劑，然后再進(jìn)行灌漿，灌漿后的模具就無法再次移動，這時(shí)防撞墻就已經(jīng)和地面緊密相連，只需要將其中氣泡逐出，等待混凝土自然凝固，大約7~8個(gè)小時(shí)就可以拆除模具了。在進(jìn)行下一段澆筑或者儲存模具前，都需要進(jìn)行清潔并涂抹機(jī)油進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)。

For the convenience of subsequent demoulding, after splicing, a layer of demoulding agent is often evenly brushed in the cast-in-place anti-collision wall steel formwork, and then grouting is carried out. After grouting, the mold cannot be moved again. At this time, the anti-collision wall has been closely connected with the ground, only the bubbles in it need to be ejected, waiting for the concrete to set naturally, and the mold can be removed in about 7-8 hours. Before the next pouring or storage of the mold, it is necessary to clean and apply oil for maintenance.
