德國《LOCKE》洛克進(jìn)口低溫防爆電磁閥是指接線端子到達(dá)電氣防爆要求，防止可燃易爆氣體發(fā)生爆炸，選取閥芯由經(jīng)低溫深冷處理不銹鋼制成，密封件采用特種耐低溫材料，最低溫度可達(dá)-196度，有線圈驅(qū)動閥門開關(guān)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)對低溫介質(zhì)的遠(yuǎn)程自動化控制的閥門，適用于對液氮，液氨，液氧，液氬，液化天然氣LNG及低溫制冷劑的介質(zhì)的開啟和關(guān)閉。

四、進(jìn)口低溫防爆電磁閥作原理：

常閉：當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯吸合，先導(dǎo)孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動，電磁閥打開；當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，閥腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關(guān)閉。

常開：當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關(guān)閉。當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動，電磁閥打開。

Normally closed: when the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is closed, the pilot hole is opened, the upper chamber of the valve is depressurized, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure of the lower chamber, and the solenoid valve is opened; when the coil is powered off, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is closed, the valve chamber is pressurized by the piston orifice and the thrust of the reset spring, and the solenoid valve is closed.

Normally open: when the coil is energized, the pilot hole is closed, the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston orifice and the thrust of the return spring, and the solenoid valve is closed. When the coil is powered off, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is opened, the pressure in the upper chamber of the valve is released, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, and the solenoid valve is opened.
